Yes, Panda Pay has a minimum deposit requirement to activate your first trading strategy of $100 USD. This ensures there’s sufficient capital to execute trades efficiently.

You can withdraw profits once a week on Fridays, subject to account verification and withdrawal limits. Requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your funds have been sent to your linked account. Withdrawals must include a screenshot of the wallet address and QR code that also includes the Network (ERC20 or TRC20)

You can fund your Panda Pay account via crypto only. All deposits are securely handled through encrypted channels. Depending on blockchain your balance should be populated within 20 minutes to a couple hours. Please message support@pandapayinc.com if your balance is not populated after 5 hours of sending to the deposit address.

Yes. You’re always in control. You can pause or cancel your plan early but there will a 5% penalty for canceling your plan early before the expiration. This process can take 3-5 business days. Please message our support@pandapayinc.com to cancel your plan.

PandaPay currently supports clients in all regions besides: United States and Canada. We are working to expand to additional regions and will announce new service areas when available. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us and we will let you know when we’re set up to support your country.

When you’re ready to withdraw funds, simply navigate to the “Withdrawals” section of your dashboard, enter the amount you’d like to transfer, and select crypto. Withdrawals are processed according to our settlement schedule (every Friday) and you’ll receive a confirmation once the transfer is initiated. We believe in transparent pricing. Your fee structure depends on your account type, transaction volume and chosen strategy. Typical transaction fees and platform fees will be clearly displayed in your account dashboard before you activate a plan. There are no hidden costs — you’ll always see what you’re being charged. If you switch strategies or adjust your account, your revised fee table will be displayed for your approval.
